Powerballs for exercising

Just bought one for wrist and lower arm exerices but I remember a different metal one. Anyone know what I am talking bout, or where to get on? It doidn't have a ripp cord to start it (I dont remember if it did) and was samller. You started it by rotating it slowly before building speed.
Any help or linkys much appreciated. Got no response in GG so thought I'd try here.

It's the same thing but a posh version. Your powerball should have a string with it. Not that you need one.

I used mine for the first time the other night, straight back up to 12700

Record was 12993.
