Anyone having a punt today?

Aqlaam in the opener and Amour Propre in the 3:05 are my 2 main bets. Might have a couple more depending on how the first 2 get on.

Good luck anyone having a bet today.

I backed Paco Boy in the opener yesterday, was counting my money 2 furlongs out!

Back Clopf in the 4.55 and he seemed t be coming with a strong challenge but got bulked on the outside, 20/1 too! Oh well

Havent had a look yet today but will do a bit later - any fancies for today?

I like the look of Ceedwell today.

Well done with Paco Boy, I couldn't have him after the Lockinge (which seems a strange thing to say considering I backed Aqlaam!)

Ashram, Lush Lashes and Tartan Bearer for me today.

Ceedwell has a chance (they all do in that race) but my preference would be for Don't Tell Mary. Won a listed race last time quite impressively, 4 lengths. In fact, the more I look at it I think I'm talking myself into a bet.

2.30 Donativum (think Frankie has chosen the wrong one here!)

3.05 Eva's request (ground may be a concern, as mention in RP but nice price)

3.45 Tartan Bearer (possible banker today)

4.20 Docofthebay (stick a pin in this one, but I like Queally so go with him!)

4.55 Capercaillie (my nap today)

5.30 Damaniyat Girl (not a massive fancy but ew shot)

I use a combination of Paddy Power, Bet 365 and Betfair. I used to use Betfair only but the Best Price Guarantee at PP and 365 have tempted me back to traditional bookies.

I keep a database of horses that have aroused my interest for one reason or another and Docofthebay has been in there since it ran what I thought was a very odd race at York back in May last year.

I've backed it a few times since and it's gone close but hasn't won. Could today be the day?

Ive been betting with PP for the past few weeks now and its a great site. Ive made over £100 from the best price guarantee already

The only problem I find with PP is that their early prices are often half a point or 2 lower than the opposition.

Having said that, when Spectait refused to race a while ago and just stayed in the stalls they refunded my £200 single on it. I was overjoyed!

Interesting. Might have a few quid on each way too. Cheers

Picked only 2 yesterday. Heavy bets (for me) on Amore Propre and Judgethemoment - thank you Richard Hughes.

Got hurt in the first on day 2 (how many times does Richard Hills get on the wrong one for his old man - should have learned by now to ALWAYS have a small saver on the 2nd string!).
Best of the rest today was 2nd in the last race.

Geordieland looking good tomorrow - I'm with you.

Geordieland is one of those horses that always looked to be travelling beautifully and then found nothing off the bridle but he looked a different proposition when he despatched Pataki recently.

Yeats is the worry, hoping he turns in another poor performance like at Navan last time.

Looks like there's a good bet on the card tomorrow, Aegean in the opener. The American two year olds have been amazing so far (did you see Jealous Again yesterday? Absolutely amazing) and Aegean is supposedly the best of the lot.

Good luck to anyone having a punt today.

My slip today:

2.30 - Tawaabb e.w. @ 11/1 3rd place - good start!

3.05 - Flame of Gibralter e.w. @ 14/1 2nd place - come on!

3.45 - Eastern Anthem e.w. @ 20/1 (hope Yeats has a bad run!)

4.20 - Rockhampton e.w. @ 14/1 (hard race to pick)

4.55 - Four Winds e.w. @ 7/1

5.30 - Barwell Bridge e.w. @ 14/1

Best of luck all!
