Assuming it is England and not another home team, I would guess its either Joe Mercer or Revie

But its a bit before my time, I would have thought England had more than 12 managers though, but when I listed them I only got to 10 (that I could think of)

Yes England - but not Joe Mercer as he was caretaker manager
