Heard the guy on the radio yesterday - reckoned he'd been put forward for the Celtic job by an old Dutch mate he coached overseas with (who managed Celtic for one season) ...

Now the Dutch guy refutes this completely.

Adams is a crap manager - he was sacked from Wycombe - somehow got the call for Pompey - then when Harry left, won four games out of 22 ... I can'tr see him making the long list for Parkhead, never mind the short one.

but to hear him saying he would be interested to talk to Celtic - hang on son ... I don't think they'd be interested in talking to you.

He said it was only 50-50 whether you won anything up there and he was prepared to 'give it a go'.

Not atol. I wasnt trying to say that. I was/am a big fan! Although its mainly in retrospect that i am appreciating how big a job he achieved. As im only just turned 19.
