Has this man become more annoying over the last season or two ?

I also detect a bias against Manchester United (not unusual, obviously) but as a pundit/commentator, he should try a bit harder to be more neutral IMO. He'll be after Phil 'Nostril' Thompson's mantle at this rate.

He is the king of hindsight analysis. Slags off our zonal marking system whilst conveniently forgetting we have one of the best defences in the league. Yes, the recent score draws excepted - the stakes have changed.

Personaly I'd like to see him put his money where his mouth is and manage a team for once.

I'm fed up with hearing him say 'If player x had done this, then it would have been a goal/save/penalty'. Highly illuminating.

I have no qualms with him.

You may not like his personality but his analysis is usually on the money.

I'll agree, hindsight is a wonderful tool but then thats what he's being paid to do - comment AFTER the fact.

Not many managers/players sat next to him whilst he does his analysis jump up and accuse him of not knowing what he's talking about - or even mildly disagree with him come to that.

He's not perfect - but nobody is.

I think he is a to55er. I have seved him when I worked in a restaurant whilst I was at college and he was very rude, very loud and vocal, extremely demanding and impossible to please. Funny how nobody else complained that night and even had a guest say to me "dont worry about that bloke, types like him can never be happy, he probably is just one of those who goes around getting their meals for free all the time by complaining" haha, if only that were true!

Can't stand him, why Sky insist on using him as their No 1 commentator I don't know. Tony Gale is much better IMO.

He is the most annoying commentator i've ever heard. Me and my dad agree. He always seems to be able to read peoples minds. How can he know what he was thinking when 'he' let go from 35 yards?! Need a petition to ban him from talking.

David Pleat is a cock knocker.

Never have i been so bored in my life when David Pleat is commentating on a Tottenham game.

Bridgend have actually cancelled their Sky Sports subscription because of David Pleat.
