I watched the game last night and was shocked.

The first kick could almost be passed as an attempt to get the ball but the second was straight up his back. If he lifted his head to get up it would have became a punt in the head. A harsh punishment should be handed out for this one.

Yep, he then attempts a stamp and then a knee in the back, what the original video then showed was him punching a second guy in the face.

Tt was wrong of him, but diving is is unforgivable, frustration against cheaters makes you do crazy stuff especially if your a hot head like Pepe seems to be anyway. Id say diving is as bad as what pepe did. Im a Man u fan, and it makes me cringe when Ronaldo dives, and it ruines it for when we does get triped as the ref is sooo unsure he is likely not to give it!

touching someone on their shoulder does not constitute a push! Hence the frustration of Pepe, if you re read, I never said what Pepe did was right, but merely suggested that diving was as BAD as what Pepe did! Pepe is a role role model for football fans as well as footballers, and so is the bloke who dived... I find it strange how the bloke who got kicked on the floor in the leg and the back was also holding his head/face, possibly another way to make the situation look worse (not that Pepe could have made it much worse).... I think he was right to get sent off for what he did and I think it is right he should get banned for a long time, but at the same time, any player who dives should also get an instant dissmissal! People who foul on purpose are clearly cheaters, and so are divers!!!

I totally agree with The Ben. Pepe shouldn't have lashed out like that but it must frustrate world class defenders such as Pepe to see people diving so blatantly. The Getafe player went down under the slightest touch and then directly looked to the ref to see if he had givin the penalty before he had touched the ground!

and Real are appealing. Heaven knows why, two kicks, a punch, coming on the pitch at the end, and finally insulting the 4th official......thats 10 at the very least!
