Ditto, I thought he came accross quite well. When i first heard he was doing it i cringed at the thought but he did well IMO.Good to see him back in the real world.
He was sooooooooooo funny on Soccer AM on Saturday.
At first I thought he was tipsy what with the slurred speech but then realised thats just his normal accent...
Some of his anecdotes were hilarious.
"Who was the slowest player you ever played with?"
"Tough one - but it must actually be me. I remember once, we had a throw in and I made a dash down the wing at full steam shouting for the ball to be thrown to me quickly - only to notice the ref whizz past me on the overlap..."
