Cardiff v Swansea 5.4.09 - highlights?

Hi all,

Anyone know where I might be able to watch highlights of the South Wales derby today? Sounds like it was a cracker and we were robbed at the end! No Sky so could not watch it live.

Cardiff fans let thereselves down? Swansea never even sold there tickets at a welsh derby.

They make out that they dont like wales only coz the bluebirds wont let them support them, they get beat up all the time like in Italy

Was a bit of a soft decision, but then it seems like it was a weekend for soft decisions. I think I watched 7 or 8 matches this weekend.

The penalty decision was a touch harsh but the second Swansea goal arguably should not have stood as Scotland was stood within inches of the path of the shot, yards offside. Though I have to confess I didn't realise the latter until getting home and seeing it again.

Must take issue with your comments re the fans though. "As usual" the Cardiff fans let themselves down??? Talk about a sweeping generalisation, clearly you get your information from either the tabloid press or (more likely) the eighties!!

Yes there were a few idiots (one of whom was apparently arrested at half time and has been charged, another who was led out with about 10 minutes to go) and these have been roundly condemned by everyone attached to the club and the overwhelming majority of proper fans.

The problem is whenever Cardiff are involved in a high profile game something negative generally happens, I don't think you can deny that, look at recent big FA Cup ties, and matches versus big clubs/Swansea. If there isn't a problem why is it when Cardiff fans travel, that's the match when you always see the police in full riot gear.

I don't deny its got better at Cardiff, especially since Hamman left, but there is still a core of nutters hell bent on wrecking it for everyone else.
