Reading Half Marathon?

Anyone competing in the Reading half this weekend? I'll be travelling from Essex in the Scooby. Hoping to have a good run round, it'll be my last race before i put the finishing touches to London training. Andy

I'm having a jog round after a 4 miles warm up.

Hi TJK, what do you call a jog round? I'm hoping to run around 1:25ish. I lost a few weeks with a calf niggle but should be on track for a sub 3 hour marathon at London.

Between 1:23 and 1:25 I'll be wearing a Datchet Dashers top... when I say jog, I mean I won't be racing, but it will not be too tough... I hope
