tapout charles mask lewis ferrari crash

Yesterday March 11, 2009, in Newport Beach there was a super deadly crash involving 2 exotic cars and as a result TAPOUT founder Charles “Mask” Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene, a second injured, a third arrested for gross vehicular manslaughter and a fourth person detained by police.

A Newport Beach Police Officer who witnessed the wreck; saw a red Ferrari and a white Porsche “spinning out of control” on Jamboree Road between Bison Avenue and East Bluff Drive at 12:57 a.m. Checkout the very last video, you can see the passenger side turn signal still flashing even though the car was cut in half!

I'm still none the wiser!

Sorry should have explained the term 'Legend' more, I meant in terms of how widely know he was in the MMA world and how his company aided the global expansion of the sport.

I am amazed that the passenger survived, apparently she was 'ejected' from the car as it split in 2 at believed to be over 100mph. The driver wasn’t as lucky!

Jesus! That guy must have been doing some serious speed.

I remember that guy in the RS4/RS6 Avant that got split in two!! He was doing summat way above 100mph, I think.

The same happened near where I live, 4 youngsters in a Clio hit a petrol station stansion doing approx 90mph, the car split in two and the two in front survived while the two back seat passengers died. I guess it's a lottery who survives when you hit anything at that speed.
