were there not some female ones that made Bella Emberg and Lisa Riley look like Cameron Diaz and Karen Carpenter?

I hated Jmmy Breaks. He always cried to the ref, then stamped on the other guy.

(Bit like Latin footballers!)

Wrestling - Pure bks Theatre - as true now as it was then!

Funny when you substitute the howling rednecks of today with the old Grannies throwing their handbags back then...

Can't say I blame the 'Superstars' of today for keeping the charade going given the money involved though...

One man's meat and all that... rolleyes

Brilliant. When Haystacks goes out of the ring it looks blinkin' dangerous. The Reverend, Banger Walsh, the Majorettes and the old lady in the cardigan near the end are all classic!

Mick Mcmanus - now he was one dirty fighter.

And Giant Haystacks, as a kid I always imagined he would stink to high heaven and felt sorry for any opponent whose face was buried in his arm pit. What memories!

Tom Billington AKA The Dynamite Kid, one half of the original British Buldogs with Davey 'Boy' Smith.

Absolute legend and awesome innovative wrestler, could/should have been one of the true greats in America.

Everybody should read 'Pure Dynamite' his autobiography
