Its rampage jackson against keith jardine, on from 3am to 6am, should be an excellent event! Also, 19th april, anderson silva takes on leites for the middleweight crown, and liddel takes on shogun rua!!

It is on Setanta, they have exclusive rights to all the events now so worth getting if you enjoy UFC.

As for Shogun Rua, that guy is a joke, he never comes fully prepared and looks worn out after 2 minutes, he couldnt even finish a 48 year old Coleman!!

I hope Liddel knocks him out clean in round one.

Jackson/Jardine should be good, jardine is such an unorthadox fighter I dont know how rampage will beat him, Rampage is very one dimentional and plants his feet waiting for a big counter, whereas Jardien floats around just outside of reach, plus has leg kicks which rampage wont defend against. rampage better get stuck in and knock him out quick to stand a chance.

I REALLY want Rampage to KO Jardine.

Take a leaf out of Wandi and Housten books and rush him and knock him out.

Is it right that this is on at 2am, for one hour??

Thought it would be longer than that..

doesn't sound right. I think it is the Countdown show at 2am and then the actual UFC event at 3am.

Well I am glad Rampage won but he seemed really sluggish compared to normal.

He didn't seem to have the... "Rampage" instinct. Delighted he won.

Rampage came of a lot better than Rashid in that exhange. I really want Rampage to KO him.

That was an okay card, no title fights though. Rampage seemed pretty good, he's been asked if he wants to fight rashad in on the card which would have been mir vs lesnar (its postponed Mir bust his knee). Rampage was planning on taking a break though as hvs been fighting an awful lot lately and probably hasnt seen his kids for a while (hes got an albino son, fact fans).

Tim boetsch was dissapointing he looked totally gassed after the first round. Brandon vera was impressive though, thats the first timv in ages that he's actually looked like any kind of contender, good stoppage at the end of that one, the guys legs will be sore for months!

Carwin has got to be in line for a shot at whoever wins the mir lesnar fight (Im really hoping its Mir) thats him 11-0 now.

Somebody was on about Rua, hes been horrible in the UFC but hes not long back from having his acl reconstructed an apparently couldnt do much running before his last fight hence the horrible cardio. He was a beast in Pride though so Im picking him to take old boy chuck apart in brutal fashion.

If anyone hasnt seen the fights yet, theyre all up on mmatko.com

Agree with most of what you said deevlash, was also impressed with hammil taking out munoz in about 60 seconds! Looking forward to the rua liddell fight, havent seen much of shogun, but i am sure he will be right on top fitness for chuck! should be an interesting bout, as every time i see liddell he knocks his opponent out in round one. Granted i havent seen too many cage fights, but this event should be a good one, i predict silva to retain his belt and rua to ko chuck!

I don't know, Shogun looked terrible against Mark Coleman. In fact he has looked terrible in all his UFC fights and nothing like as good as he was in Pride. I think Chuck will stop him unless he improves dramatically.

Just seen some quick highlights!

Was that the same Matt Brown that was in the Ultimate Fighter series?

He certainly came out blazing!!

true but chucks been guff in his last few fights with his only victory being over wanderlei who has been losing a lot too. Chucks in his 40's now and Rua is still only 26 I think, how much has his brutal KO'ing by Rashad affected him? More than he's letting on I bet.

Shogun has been terrible in UFC compared to his Pride days. Wonder if this is down to Steriod testing in the UFC. Many Pride fighters suffer from the same problems.

Matt Brown was the Matt Brown in TUF. He looked awesome. Huge respect for him for not wanting to injure his opponent for the sake of it. Ref was diabolical in that fight.

Chuck is 39 i think now. His problem is that after Rampage KO'ed him, fighters realised that he is beatable and now know that he is a counter fighter and know the blueprint to beat him. His days are now numbered as an active UFC fighter. Like Matt Hughes fighters now know what to do.

Incidently Matt Hughes is considering moving upto 185 division to fight Silva. Shame as Hughes has lost his stock lately and has been shown as 1-dimensional, So IF, and there are lots of 185 fighters who deserve a title shot before him, he does get a shot Anderson will destroy him.

He would probably do better than Thales Leites is going to! Seriously why the hell is Silva fighting this guy, apart from Nate Marquardt he hasn't beaten anyone. Barring the biggest upset of all time Silva is going to absolutely destroy him.

Silva apparently has a very limited number of fights left until he retires - he should be fighting Demian Maia or moving up to fight Lyoto Machida. Those are fights I would pay to see.
