I watched the Arsenal game last, I have to say his return is inspirational. I remember seeing the footage on Youtube before it was removed, I don't know how he managed to come back from that.

Good luck to the lad, as you say, inspirational.

Definately. Really pleased for him. To come back to a top professional level is brilliant.
I've just returned from visting a friend who experienced a double comound fracture two weeks ago.

It's never nice to see somebody suffer injury playing the beautiful game. And lets be fair, Eduardo's was as bad as it gets for a footballer, this side of death at least.

Great show of strength and a good indication of his dedication to the game to get back his fitness and carry on as if nothing had happened.

One of the best things last night was watching the Cardiff fans giving him a standing ovation when he was subbed. One of those rare moments in football when fans are united for a fleeting moment.

It doesn't matter who you support Eduardo's story is an inspirational one. The day it happened I was convinced he'd lose his leg never mind walk again. To see him play so well last night is one of my best football moments and it's a tribute to modern medicine and Gary Lewin who's actions that day saved the guys career.

It is great to see Eduardo back after being out for so long. It really was a horrifc injury. I support Barnsley and we have had a similar situation with Iain Hume being out for so long. I hope he can make it back like Eduardo.

So do I. Having seen the "challenge" on Hulme and the subsequent injuries sustained, I feel Chris Morgan should have been charged with assault and GBH.

Only Martin Taylor himself knows what happened with the challenge on Eduardo but I have always hoped and believed it was a clumsy accident.

I even had a Spurs fan telling me today how he was willing Eduardo to complete his hat-trick last night.

yes A ban should've been seriously considered.

+ 1. Was at the game seated above the Cardiff fans. Good to see them applaud Ramsey when he took to the field as well.

Less good was the shoe and lighter being lobbed onto the pitch.

It was an accident, these things happen, if you're unsure as to whether it was look at Taylors reaction. Great to see him back playing and it couldn't have come at a better time for us!

I wouldn't want to see that happen to anyone. It was clumsy and a poor tackle by a poor player, but I dont believe he meant to injure Eduardo in any way.
