Ten minutes in and both sides are looking as if they'd give England a proper shoeing.

France seem more solid when they've got the ball.

what is it with all this terrible territorial kicking? Lots of kicking straight down the middle of the park - the same in the England game but i just put that down to Goode being st.

Either Ireland or France would have done England over today.

Johnson has some thinking to do, and that includes thinking about bringing Cipriani back

Enjoyed the game today, good to see Ireland back playing some sort of form rugby after their lackluster performances recently and dismal World Cup. But, one good game does not a reformed side make. It will be interesting to see if Declan Kidney can have the 'Munster ethos' replicated to the same extent in the National side, if so, exciting times could be ahead!

By the same token, France just oooze potency. They look dangerous from everywhere, constantly! Now, who can get me tickets for Ireland v England at GAA HQ on the 28th!?! I am in search!

I think O'Driscoll had a good game and the forwards were well up for it.
