Zuffa (who own the ufc and wec) copyrighted the cage and only let a few folk use it and they dont much like Affliction. I prefer the cage though.

would have thought it is safer in the cage.

Pride FC used a ring for years until they went bust, theres a lot of debate as to whats best. Cage for me, but a 4 sided ring allows the agressor to cut off into a corner a guy thats backing off.

Do they get reset to the centre of the ring if it moves under the ropes? should be an advantage to good ground fighters if so

they used to stand them up in the centre of the ring if they went under the ropes in Pride, not sure about here though. I notice they have 4 ropes in this ring though with 1 really close to the ground.

I think his ground game will be good if he trains with fedor, shame he hasnt been able to take him down at all.

This is their 2nd show, the first one was in June or July last year headlined by Fedor vs Tim Sylvia (fedor won in 37 seconds). They have a lot of the best heavyweights just now, Fedor being the best in the world too.

they both have, soko just got cut from the UFC after a couple of losses, babalu got cut after he deliberately held a choke on a guy until he passed out despite the guy tapping and the ref trying to break the hold
