looking at going to the barca/valencia game. any advice on getting hold of tickets? looks like you have to register as a member on the official barca site to purchase. i remember using an agency for a madrid match a while back and they where great, delivered to hotel...just cant recall which one it was.
advice appreciated.

I've been advised to simply walk up to the stadium sometime in the week before and see what is going at the ticket windows. The stadium is so huge that unless it's Real Madrid or the Champions League latter stages, it seems almost never to be full, even for Valencia!

You actually don't have to register on the main Barcelona site as a member, but if the game is a over a few days away, it won't let non-members buy any. The Wednesday before a weekend game, a lot more tickets are released to the public (members get first choice) so you'll find it easier to buy tickets then. Alternatively, you can actually buy them from Servi Caixa ATMs in Barcelona, which is what my family and I did a few years ago. Quite a good system I must say, though we weren't seeing a game as big as Barcelona vs Valencia.

If you can wait till a few days before the game then that's probably the best way to get tickets although it's not ideal because you can't guarantee the best availability, still, I sat really high up in the stadium and had an awesome time.
