Female football commentator

Most likely a repost but if it isn't it should be...Why do the BBC let that woman commentate ? I now have to turn the sound down every time she takes to the mic...Dreadful

she is terrible, sounds like she is reading from a script... completely ruined the game! ok, slightly over the top, but she isn't good, defo not cricket as it were!!!

I am happy for women to do most things... such as washing, cleaning and cooking.

But football commentry is just wrong, I will never get used to it and they should put an end to it now.

There is nothing wrong with having a female commentator in any sport. However, in this case she's bl**dy awful. Nothing to do with her sex, she's just a sh*te commentator.

Agreed again!! I couldn't believe the shrill voice I was hearing on MOTD, it nearly prompted me to post on P&P - " Jobs woman should NOT do "

Before anyone calls me a sexist pig, I'm sure there are jobs men should NOT do. I just can't think of any at the moment.

I couldn't believe my ears when I watched this game. What is the world coming to? Good commentary inevitably involves a degree of opinion. How can she possibly offer an opinion when she simply cannot understand the fundamentals of the game. Women in football is becoming a disease.

I'm also sure there must be but sadly I cant listen to the woman and have to turn the sound down, as its that bad. She sounds like a very excitable 11 year old waiting for the onset of puberty.

Because that's what the vocal ones do at Anfield. The others take pictures with their phones and text their mates.

Carrie Davis from Radio 1 sounds fine when doing the football commentary.
