Any Runners on here?
Discussion
Need to 'learn' how to run long distances.
I've said to one of our customers that I'll run the London Marathon, or the Canterbury Half Marathon next year for charity (Her God-daughter died of a brain tumour earlier in the year)
Trouble is... I can sprint, and I'm capable of bimbling around a rugby pitch for a game - but I can't run any real distance. Couple of miles maximum and I'm hanging outta my arse!
How am I going to manage 13, or 26?
I mean, my body must be capable of it, but what is involved with distance running? Different posture / movements etc?
Thanks in advance
