Just snapped Possebons leg, absolute horror tackle, two footed on his standing leg.

He should be banned for life for it.

Keanes tackle was also a c*nts trick, however there at least was a reason behind it.

Pogatetz may have ruined the career of a very very promising young player in a Mickey Mouse cup tie, and this is not the first time he has done it, he was banned for 26 weeks in Russia for the same thing.

Life ban is to soft on him.

Young Brazilian United player. Very composed, great passer and has a great shot, everything a Brazilian should be.

A really really good prospect, best young player I personally have seen at United in years, and if that second rate c*nt has ruined his career he should be f*cked off from football for good. There is no place in football for people like that.

I'm a Boro fan, and even though i've not seen the tackle seems like a sickening injury, I dont understand where it came from as he has been very good recently, even last night up to that tackle was playing well by all accounts and showing patience in his tackling, then boom that comes out of nowhere. You cant condone it and it sounds like Gareth Southgate hasnt tried to play it down in any way.

I hope Possebon makes a quick and full recovery, but arent the FA rules something like if a player is disciplined on the pitch then no further action can be taken ?, he was red carded and will get a suspension of I assume 3 games for that ?.

looks like we kinda lost the plot after that.

You can be done after the fact as a red card is the maximum a ref can hand out. I'm pretty positive the FA will
do something and so they should.

the prick haaland stood over keane laughing at him and calling him a cheat when he done his cruciate.

Looks like he might not have broken it which is fantastic news.

Entirely reasonable behaviour to end his career then?

FFS viva, you come on here whinging about a utd player getting clobbered and then defend a utd player who has done the same thing, albeit worse as it was premeditated?! Mental.

can you read in the black country? I said keane was a c$@t for what he did, but that at least there was some sort of reason behind it.

Oh and it didnt end Haalands career, it was his other knee that caused his retirement.

Pogatetz on the other hand......................

TBH the fact there was a reason behind it makes it much worse, Pogatetz's challenge was just a bad tackle, like the one that broke Eduardo's leg last season, but Keane purposely went out onto the pitch to injure Haaland.

The fact there was "reason" as you put it makes it hugely worse - not better, or more understandable. Can you really not understand that with your red tinted glasses on?

Edit, looks like Gun beat me to it.

How about Ronaldo purposefully getting Rooney sent off, or is that a different can of worms?

Jesus all the ABU's come out again, what the fk has Rooneys sending off got to do with a disgusting tackle from Pogatetz.

Fact is Rooney deserved to get sent off for stamping on someone and Ronaldo had nothing to do with it. Grow up.

[in a Mickey Mouse cup

Umm, will you be calling it that if you win it!!?

It happens in football and thats why they get paid st loads of cash as they could get badly injured and never play again.. I got my leg broke in two places playing football and was out for 2 years. It happens alot in non-league but thats the risk you take! You could have a heart attack but you dont see them all running around with heart monitors!

Red cards enough!
