That's one of the worst refereeing performances I've ever seen in the Prem. Virtually every challenge whistled for a foul. Not a particular fan of Ronaldo, but what exactly was he booked for? I'm amazed it finished 11-a-side.
Well done to Ballack by the way for staying on his feet when he could've fallen over and got Neville sent off.

7 Man U players booked versus one Chelsea...

Spacebo Comrade Riley...

Let's hope he never referees at top flight again.

If the FA want their Respect initiative to work, it would help if referees weren't complete twunts.

He was rubbish, I agree. That free kick he gave against Lampard when Ronaldo just jumped up and fell over was ridiculous. Why don't the FA get in some decent ones who will let the games flow and not stop it every 20secs for stupid things?

Tackling is outlawed and it is a joke.

I was at Stamford Bridge for the game and there was NO way that Man Utd deserved 7 yellow cards

Riley was unbelievably biased towards chelsea, cant believe how some people can see a game so differently. Was waiting for the tube and having some good banter with chelsea fans who thought riley was on our side!!

^^^ So that's why he whistled for a foul when Ronaldo threw himself on the ground and Lampard could have been away??

One of the worst decisions I have seen in years..

I was at the game yesterday and he was awful! The decisions he made for both sides were dreadful.

As a Chelsea supporter I believed he was totally biased against us with some of the decisions being ridiculous BUT I am biased I suppose!

I have never gone to a game where i was unsure of the end of it and I was left totally confused as to weather that game had finished or not.. it was only when they started swapping shirts that we saw it was full time! I thought Rio had been sent off for the foul on Drogba.

He is rubbish but at least we still have our home record smile

The end was weird, I thought he had given a free kick for Ferdy's tackle on Drogba which was why Ferdinand was racibng round going bananas ...

I didn't think he was baised towards any one team, I just thought he was generally bad, with no tackling allowed, if you take THAT out of the English game, forget it.
