Best online football manager

Basically to while away hours of boredom at work, sneakily playing an interactive football manager sim on the internet when supposed to be working.

Is there a site that exists and if so, can you recommend one? I'm thinking along the lines of Champ Manager / Football Manager but online.

I dunno, it seems an interesting concept, you manage a team within a game world, using real life players (i think) and pitch them against other online players. Don't think I'll be paying for it 'cos I'm only a student so it's either FM09 or FMO, not both, for me!
