Hell Runner

Me and a couple of mates have entered the Hell Runner Event in October.

Has anybody ever done this before? If so whats it like?

We have entered the team event and dont really know the distance we will be covering.

Well we no the maximum for the normal event is 10 miles, one mate has got in contact with them and they said the course isnt fully planned yet but the team event will be 50% (ish, maybe less) of the main race, but then involving other challenges along the way.

I've not done this personally, but know a load of people who have and it is very tough. If you can run 10 miles then you;ll be in a good place, but wear the right clothes and good footwear.
Start slowly, don't go mad, it makes it awful...
