Okay.

Top 6 and bottom three

1.Man Utd - I think Ron is staying a season what with ankle and everything so I think it will be closer than last year but Fergie to win it again only to lose Ron in the summer
2.Chelsea -
Chelsea are spending some money (as usual) but a lot of new face moulding into a team quickly will be hard work even for big Phil. Will he be as comical as Jose?
3.Liverpool - Being a Liverpool fan I would like to see us do better but with another season of Rafa rotation, Torres second season blues and Keane settling in I cannot see us overcoming the top budgets of Chelsea and Man Utd.
4.Arsenal - Arsenal will play some lovely football as always but have shed some notable names and can see the youngsters possibly having difficulty with some of the muscular teams like Bolton of old.
5.Pompey - Did well last season and hope Harry can combine Defoe and Crouch together with a solid (yet aging) defence
6.City - High hopes for Hughes and his squad. I reckon they might even win a Derby match.

If Spurs get who they will get (Arshavin, Villa etc) then they will better Pompey but we will have to wait and see on that one.

In no order
Stoke
Hull
Wigan

Seriously though - I believe this year more than any other recent one you are looking vulnerable...No new signings - only players leaving and Adebayor behaving in a poor manor.

Its not looking good - Arsene will earn his money this season if he keeps them in the top 4.

IMHO

I can see why you're saying this. You live in our shadow and know nothing about football.

Seriously, Adebeyor scored a penalty against Real Madrid in the Emirates cup; after netting the goal, he ran up to the cheering fans and did that kissing the badge thing...

As for selling names, Flamini - good player but not good enough; Hleb - another decent player but not consistent enough.

I think the first team are better supported this season with many contenders for midfield. My concerns are with defence, but it seems AW is happy to push on with Senderos, Toure and Gallas. Alex Song has done well in defensive roles but he'll be missing during the Olympics, so we'll have to rely on Djourou should there be injuries / players rested. I think we need another decent central defender.

But, it's the Arsenal way to remain confident, quietly. Until Tottenham bring Gentley Bentley to the Emirates.

I predict a bunch of skinny overpaid runts with no manners kicking a piece of pigskin round a field.

God help us it's the new footy season.

All these crazy predictions of Arsenal finishing outside the top 4 is madness! Deja Vu anyone???

We'll be up there again, no problem!
