I like Forrest Griffin but I don't think he can win this. Rampage to win with a dominant UD or via KO.

It is being shown live on Setanta Sports 1 at 3am Saturday night / Sunday morning.

the koscheck fight should be interesting, Id also like to see the gonzaga fight but its on the undercard for some reason. I cant see forrest winning but then again hes never been smashed as badly rampage was by wandy.

http://www.mmatko.com/wanderlei-silva-vs-quinton-r...

If rampage gets too caught up in trying to please the fans with some big slams he might get undone.

Right here's the card & my predictions.

Undercard
Corey Hill Vs. Justin Buchholz - Corey Hill (Can't recall who Buchholz is)
Melvin Guillard Vs. Dennis Siver - Can't stand Guillard so Siver
Jorge Gurgel Vs. Cole Miller - Not Sure Miller
Gabriel Gonzaga Vs. Justin McCully - Gonzaga, Still a very dangerous fighter
Tyson Griffin Vs. Marcus Aurelio - Tyson Griffin
Josh Koscheck Vs. Chris Lytle - 'lights out' Lytle

Main Card
Joe Stevenson Vs. Gleison Tibau - 'Daddy' Stevenson
Patrick Cote Vs. Ricardo Almeida - Patrick Cote
Quinton Jackson Vs. Forrest Griffin - 'Rampage' Jackson

The headline fight is a great fight for both. however I think as long as Jackson doesn't get beaten by Forrest's Heart then Jackson will take this with a TKO in 3rd round.

BTW Tickets for UFC 89 in Birmingham are now on sale. Got mine! smile

What you think?

Great video, that is why I was so happy Wanderlei KO'd Jardine, when he fights like that he is a total animal.

Is Tyson Griffin quite new to the UFC?

If it's the person I think it is then I'm quite looking forward to seeing him fight again.

Should be getting tickets for Birmingham this weekend. Any idea's where the best place to sit is?

I'd back Jackson (which means he will be KO'ed in the first round).

To mean to pay to for another channel so I'll be using bit torrent.

I bet that win caused some upsets.

Those legs kicks clearly damaged Rampage. I think if he didn't hurt his leg, Rampage probably would have won. He looked so dangerous when they were standing.

I can't see Griffin keeping the belt for long. I like him, but I don't think he's the best.

The amount of blood in the Koscheck v Lytle fight eek

I was suprised that wasn't stopped, surely losing that amount of blood is not good for him?

that was brilliant! I think the leg kicks took away a lot of rampages ability and griffin really ground it out. Rampage was really classy afterwards too.

Griffin vs Liddell next? That'd be hooooooooooooooooooooge!

Anyone else booking tickets for 89 in Birmingham?

On the tickets website (theticketfactory.com) there's an option "The Lounge". Anyone know what it means?

Rampage is quality. Constantly making me laugh on TUF. He likes to joke and mess around, but when he's being serious, he's really down to earth.

The Rampage Griffin fight was tough to call, Griffin dominated the second round but I thought Rampage looked more dangerous through the rest of the fight. Rematch?
