Fabio Capello - Hustler?

Mr Capello has gone from almost zero English to - judging by a recent Euro 2008 interview - quite good... He started his England managerial stint by stating that he wants to learn the language first... How long has he been in the job... since early Jan.

No English... Was he hustling?

Na, he's obviously an intelligent guy and can pick un languages well. I have a Swedish mate who can pick up languages so easily its not funny. We shared a house in Thailand for 5 months and hewas pretty much fluent by the end - Thai being the 6th language he can now speak !!!!

I know other intelligent people who can't learn a word in a year
