How do you guys get on in World Cups? You know the best and hardest rugby comp there is, where the men are sorted from the boys?

You're only as good as your last game biggrin

I think you guys need some big Viking blokes in your teams to ever match the South.

Guys like this.

Is that a photoshop or did Pudzanowski actually play rugby? I would be intrigued to know what his fitness is like for a game such as rugby if so.

Yes , quite a poor show against the second string England XV - in the old days it would have been a cricket score against us ! Talking of cricket.....

England are building a new team looking towards 2011. Against the experienced NZ players, they just weren't good enough. Hopefully there will be a better showing next time.

I suppose because we do well at it that makes it a popular and an interesting sport? I fail to see how that would make people like it.

Sailing is very popular. Comes with being an island and having 2000yrs+ history of doing it.

Sailing, Netball, Softball, Not too bad at basketball either.

And just because...My "great country" was also the first to split the Atom, arguably the first to fly, first country to allow Women to vote..we do alright for such a small population miles away from everywhere biggrin

And because this is the sports forum....

"We" also built this badboy..

It's still bike racing...historic, but still relevant.
