Ok... now I spent the first 20 years of my working life in sports environments... everything from lifeguarding, to personal training, coaching sports, teaching, PTI stuff, and finally running groups of leisure centres.
In all that time I was surrounded by guys who would be glued to the TV, shedding tears as "their" team (How can a chap who has never left the safety of Devon support Liverpool so passionatley? Beats me!) loses a match; or tears of joy as they win.
Personally, as a red blooded male, I'd much rather watch ladies beach volleyball... and I've never been there, but I passionately offer my support to those ladies!
