Typical hours premiership footballers

What are the typical hours(i won't call it work) that a premiership footballers does for his club (including training/ pre-match preparation) ) - ie when do they "clock in and out" .Also unless there is match is Sunday a day off?

From reading a players autobigraphy, I think its around 7/8 hours a day.

They all meet in the morning for breakfast and then train till mid afternoon.
