I watched the game on Sky with the son of Southamptons Youth Team Coach - he did me a kind favour by taking me to the reverse fixture last year so he came over to watch it with beer and doritos! He is hopeful of a win in the final game but their future depends on other results (I did remind him that is how we stayed in the Premiership a few years ago, so there is still hope)

He actually took it quite well; he did do a little jig when they scored, but when we scored he didn't sulk or throw things (thankfully, seeing as it was at my house ). I thought it prudent not to rub his nose in it

BOING BOING,ive been dying to post on here for ages but when i done it last year we failed,i think overall we have thouroughly deserved it.We have been fairly consistant all season barring a few stupid results,i think Leicester will get a point sunday and im sure we will match that so hopefully up as champions with the pressure off us.Give us 20 million and i think weve got a decent chance of staying up,Reading done it when they went up playing passing football so why not ,come on the baggies.
