Need to watch rugby...How to spoof ip address?

All, I'm on the stand at CeBIT in Germany, and as a Welsh rugby fan I need to watch the rugby today. I have fast internet access (hence I'm posting now).

The BBC website will only let me watch the rugby on the internet with a UK IP address. As I'm not using my normal VPN connection in to the office, that is a little difficult.

Anyone with pointers as to how I can change me IP address to enable me to watch?

Hope I'm not breaking any rules with this - feel free to lock/remove if I am!

i didnt think you could watch the bbc live online, only catch-up on i-player?
