Shooting? Shotguns or rifles? I do a little bit of both.

Any shooting sports - hunting, target, clays etc. Airguns, shotguns, rifles (centre and rimfire).

But I guess if there's not the demand it's probably not worth it... If anybody else wants to have a topic on shooting add your name here!

I was in the cadets when I was younger (Air Cadets)

I used to do lots of shooting, infact our 'squadron' was the best in the country including Army & Navy cadets.

I spent many weeks a year at Bisley in Surrey, shooting L98 target rifles, really enjoyed it. Was pretty good at it also, finished 2nd out of the 600 Irish, British and Canadian cadets that took part.

Its just expensive to do as a private hobby!

L98 the .22 rf semi version of the SA80?

I was in the ATC too but used ancient .22rf martini-action things. pretty accurate up to about 75yds though (with open sights!).

I've got a space on my FAC for .22rf and am keen to get a GSG-5, the new .22rf semi-auto version of the mp5. I've also got FAC air (an Air Arms s410) and i've got a Mossberg 500 in 12g and a Beretta white onyx also in 12g. I'm quite keen on getting a cf at some point, probably .223 Armalite!

Be interested to know what everyone else has?

I mostly shoot rabbits, woodies and crows i've got space for a clay trap but haven't got round to buying one yet...

Thats it yes.

I also shot L95's (not sure of the techy name) but they had a bigger bore and gave one hell of a kick to a 10stone boy (back then).

I was only thinking a few weeks ago how much I used to enjoy my weeks with the ATC away shooting!
Wish I had stayed on for a another year or two!
