probably not great that time of the year.

The rockies are probably your best bet for that late in the season..

Colorado seems to have fairly low snow at that time of year

They have a longer season than Europe.
I've been there at the start of April. Typical late season conditions, hard in the morning, softer in the afternoon (and the snow too), but I think you'll be surprised how good it is.

I'd recommend Squaw if you like wide open steep bowls where you can really fly.
