Any recommendations for the Bournemouth/Poole/S'ton areas that would also be open on Sunday? Intended to go to Running Free in Poole as they do gait analysis but a web search shows that they aren't open today.

Permission to hijack this thread a little and ask for pointers on buying correct shoes for feet and running / walking style. Do many shops have this analysis facility?

I already swim and cycle regularly, but also fancy doing a bit of running for a bit of bonus CV when the pool is busy and I can't be arsed getting my bike filthy again only to have to spend hours cleaning it again.

Mat - Running:Bath (by the Abbey and Guildhall in Bath) are excellent and will advise you on the best shoe for your requirements and running style.
