Ok, so he should have been red carded. But note no players surrounding the ref shouting stuff at him, none of the other players grabbing each others handbags and shouting about who's got the biggest diamond studs !!!! Ref in total control
How the hell did Malcom O'Kelly take that punch and then look like nothing has happend???? Im stunned. Watch right till the very end for the best slow replay. Tyson in his prime would have been proud !!!

Not bad but this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ibVZeKXITZg was a real man's fight. Sadly this is the only clip I've ever found but it started beforehand and carried on afterwards. I remember watching this at the time on video and being deeply impressed 
- I was right as it's still seriously highly rated.
Kevin Tamati wasn't really a big bloke by current standards (about centre size these days - 14-15st) but he is definitely a hard bloke. Many years later I saw him doing the doors in sunny Wigan and he was involved in one or two 'disputes' - Just kept getting up and taking it a la Rocky, regardless of numbers, relative size etc
However I agree 100% regarding the attitudes - Rugby players (and to be fair ARL & Gaelic in Int Rules) knock seven bells out of each other but rarely, if ever, cause problems with the refs

Anyone remember years ago (80's?) an Argentinian going up to (I think) paul Ackford from the side after play had been stopped and just decking him with a huge right hook? It was a hell of a punch and he was rightly sent off.
Footballers are pathetic. A hand grazes their hair and they fall about as though they had been shot. Martin Johnson talks in his autobiog of being in a ruck during a Leicester game and suddenly a punch comes through and lands cleanly in the centre of his face. He looks up and sees its been thrown by his England team mate Danny Grewcock. Johnsons reaction is to say "nice one Grewks" and resolve to get him next time.

Yeah okay, this is rugby which is a bit more physical I'll grant you than the more popular game with the round ball played by foreign poofters, but why is this guy being lauded for throwing a clean punch, against a bloke not fighting back?
So he gets sin-binned - well that's really doing his team a favour isn't it? If this guy did this on the street he'd be locked up - why is it okay in a rugby match? Cos no-one complains?
