So the first teams from each group go through and the highest 8 second place teams compete for 4 more places.

Does anyone know how the pairings of games for the runner up 4 places is decided?

It's normally a draw after the end of the qualifying rounds.

England have a good group there...that said that couldn't do the business last time it was an "easy" group.

However now the prospective managers know what there looking at group wise i think things will happen.

What i'm saying is i reckon Jose might put his name in the hat.

Just my opinion.
