World Gym Challenge

Anyone doing the competition in Southampton on Sat 1st Dec, quite a cheeky one by the looks of it (there is an open and novice), any tri-athletes or runners have a look at www.worldgymchallenge.com its a good x-training comp and always motivates for a reason to train.......

I wouldn't mind giving one of these gym challenges a go, but i'm not a member of any of the gym chains, and i can't find this event being run anywhere near me in south bucks.

I do not belong to a gym either, I just enter and drive to them, the phone number is on the web-site to ring.

Give it a go mate, i'm driving down to Southampton from Oxford so more than willing to take you down from Oxford if your near there!

Hmmm well cheers for the offer mate, i may end up taking you up on it! Not too sure whether i'll do it yet, i'd be interested to see how i fare though. Have you done any of them before?

Done 1 in Manchester really enjoyed it and there where all sorts of people taking part, I done it as a bit of a change just keeps me motivated.

Also an excuse to have a few beers Sat night after! Post nutrition me thinks!
