Balls. grumpy Ah well, we're still fifth, and looking a lot more promising that we had done at the start of the season. Not looking good for the budgies though.

"Where are you?!"
"Bottom of the league ya blind cow!" hehe

I'm happy that the scum are bottom, I'm happy they have no manager, and I've just refused to put together a takeover package for a client mwhahahah

Town also have a game in hand, so things are looking rosy (at the moment) Long may it continue, I fancy a trip to Wembers for a play off final again!

Look on the bright side, your interest holiday with Norwich union runs out at Christmas then once again we can all sit back and marvel at the business acumen of Sheepshanks once more. The rosy cheeked Etonian has done you proud hasn’t he?

Where once before you dump your creditors to the tune of 5p in the £ this time you won’t be so fortunate, almost poetic that it will be Norwich Union that sticks yet another nail in your financial coffin don’t you think?

All this talk of selling to Sullivan and Gold, wake up, you haven’t got anything to sell, you don’t own the ground, have no assets and you need a buyer quickly.

Just sit back and relax and watch the arrogance of the Binners disappear out of the window, for what it’s worth I was with a partner of ‘Tahn’s’ solicitors last week and rest assured the situation is absolutely critical. However bad things might be at the one true East Anglian football club (no GLC overspill and mockney accents) we aren’t going into administration anytime soon and for that at least we can be grateful.

Once again Binners you fail to understand that somebody who borrows a million is not a millionaire, just like last time.

Try and read between the lines, he has bought the debt which is absolutely not the same thing as writing it off unless of course you are Binner who bought into it all the last time.
What rate of interest will he be expecting and over what period of time we he expect to have it repaid, you don’t know do you?

Only when you know the answer to that and the fact one person who you know nothing about now owns 87.5% of the clubs shareholding, that’s really something to get excited about isn't it! Just like last time

As for having more money only something as stupid as a Binner that bought into the last financial fiasco that left local business owners homeless (I know, I ended up buying one of their businesses) would take this with anything other than a massive pinch of salt.

As for having more money, no you don’t but given your inability to grasp the above it is highly unlikely you will grasp the following.

In the summer NCFC achieved detailed planning for a further 200 private flats into one of their holding companies, value > £10m. This is before Sharon and Andrew turner spent £2m on a minority shareholding, that’s right read it again, minority share holding.

They are worth in excess of £300m and know for a fact (I also have a reasonable share holding) that in the near future they will be seeking to increase this by way of another share issue as unlike you there are very few shares available, we have a positive and indeed understated balance sheet in excess of £17m

So Binners, jump around and convince yourself of whatever you like but the fact remains that NCFC’s land holding acquired by Robert chase continue to ensure the club is on a very sound financial footing without needing to sell debt to unknown parties

You ought to go and read up on hedge funds pretty damn quick

Oh yes, Binners need little smiley pics to make their point, how quaint.

Rob,

I have no arguement with your statement.

However, and bear with me here. You were the one to post about Ipswich being in financial trouble, this I accept, but you also made the point about them needing a buyer quick, and having a chuckle at the same time. My point being, that we secured a buyer, bit ironic isn't it? That was what I found amusing.

No doubts at all on the company making the acquisition borrowing to finance the takeover, but this is not exactly uncommon is it.

I won't respond to the rest, I feel no need.

Lighten up.

Little things please little minds, how far are Chelsea in debt? Once again you fail to grasp the concept; The Russian has underwritten Chelsea’s debt which is god knows how many hundreds of million which ultimately if is his shot, deported or god knows what else is absolutely not the same thing as him having put actual cash in.

Yes there are guarantees but one wonders just how much these might be worth in such a scenario? Of course some of us have been at Stamford Bridge with 13,000 for a league game, massive club? I think not. That said given the Russians wealth this doesn’t have much bearing on land of Binner.

Read what this supposed saviour is actually doing, yes he is putting £12m in, over what period? Given the pathetic gates at the Portaloo you will also notice there are running at an operating loss despite the interest holiday from Norwich Union, might it have crossed your mind that this money might be used to underpin this situation?

Once again the Ex Etonian has got land of Binner nicely spun and frankly I would be far more concerned about the ‘due diligence’ being conducted by the club than the ‘hedge fund in a frock’ who’s trying to buy the debt.

Still its not as if you haven’t fallen for some fools gold before and note with interest the inability to come back with anything plausible on the far more secure financial footing at the one true East Anglian clubs finances?

To conclude, I was talking with one of the rarities in life, a Tahn supporter who doesn’t do a passable impersonation of the Andrex puppy at the sight of some fools gold tonight. Rest assured some of the clubs old guard are more than concerned at this arrangement and it is Thiefshanks desire to rid himself of his bank guarantees and liabilities that is driving this sale than the best interests of ITFC
