UEFA "Pro" Licence

I'm Sorry but what relevance does having this qualification have to actual "Football" management apart from "locking" out people from jobs?? Let's be real here. They are not pilot's, M.D.'s, Vet's or Nurse's where actual knowledge and competence is required before you can call yourself that profession it's a job you learn as you do it!! Surely it comes under restrictive practices??
