Now thats it been shown on bravo can we talk about it? Spoilers to follow....

Wow! what a night, Im hoped forrest would win but didnt think it would actually happen, although Id have hoped shogun would have been a bit fitter! I was cheering when forrest got the RNC hooked up great fight. The main event was a bit of a let down, chuck doesnt seem to care anymore and when his punches werent working he had nowhere to go. He deserved to lose that one although jardine didnt overly impress me either though. How long till forrest gets a title shot?
Dman I got that wrong! 0 out of 3 although the Shogun & Sanchez fights where the correct round, wrong fighter.

Liddell didn't look that sharpe although Jardine is a great fighter who doesn;t leave much available.
Griffin REALLY impressed me, Don;t rate him that highly as i think he is normally to random and no technique. He just didn't stop or slow down at all.
I wouldn't put Griffin in the top 10 fighters of that weight division. He's never really impressed me and always just seems to get cut up really bad and end up swinging.

I think Jardine did well, Liddell's always got the punch that can make things change within a second amd Jardine was able to pretty much prevent Liddell from doing his usual push the opponent against the side and then just throw his barrage of punches. He made good use of the kicks and definitely slowed chuck down because of it (I imagine he had some very bruised ribs and trouble breathing). Overall, my estimation of Jardine went up - it wasn't a finish, but still a gutsy performance against one of the best strikers in the business.

As usual my predictions were way off. Really disappointed with Liddell, he didn't look like the pre Rampage fight champion that knocked everyone in his path out. Shogun was knackered after the first round in his fight.

I only casually follow UFC but everytime they hype an ex-pride fighter they tend to be a disappointment. First Mirko Filipoviæ and now Shogun.

He is. As is Gabriel Gonzaga - even though he lost to Randy, without a broken nose it could have gone the other way - but we'll never know.

The rules in PRIDE were slightly different so it might take them some time to adjust, cro cop and shogun have been crap though.
