Difficult to pick out who the top four will be this coming season; as usual Chelski, Manyoo and 'Pool look good, but Arsenal have all the proving to do with Spurs and Newcastle making a bit of noise.
As for winning the PL, Arsenal need to worry about qualifying for the Champions League.

At the moment they're keeping a lot of players only by virtue of turning down their transfer requests. That'll be a motivated bunch come August then.

Chelsea still have a much better core to their team than Man Utd for me, Essien, Lampard, Ballack,(if he performs), Terry, Carlvalho and Cech for my money are better than Vidic, Ferdinand, Scholes, Hargreaves and Carrick. Man Utd have the edge on attacking flair though, especially if Robben leaves as is expected. I rekon Man Utd will do it though, there's too much talent going forward for them to not win it.
Championship - I'd love to say Norwich, but we're not going to do it, Charlton and West Brom look the strongest to me, especially with the money Charlton can afford to splash, last season the three that spent the most went up and it'll probably be the same again.
