I would be very surprised if it rules in favour of Sheffield United staying in the premiership. Although the SU board looked pretty confident yesterday

Well you know what the PL is like. I would be very surprised if they didnt have it all covered. Especially after they have released all the fixtures etc. Its a tough one really, if Reading were in Sheff Uniteds position i would be holding out for the same. Do you know what time they are expected to make the decision?

Isn't one of the problems for SheffUtd that amongst the PL rules for clubs is one that states that decisions made by the PL are final? By playing in the league, SheffUtd were effectively agreeing to that rule. By challenging the Tevez decision then SheffUtd are effectively breaking the rules themselves and thus aren't eligible to play in the PL?

What an anti-climax, been waiting all day and then dont even give a decision. Surely the longer they leave it, the harder it will become to reverse? or is that the plan?

Thats what i thought. Time is on West Hams side.

maybe they delays it let every one calm down and get every one thinking that Sheff are down..
