Can't believe this! He fought in one of the greatest fights of the last 10 years against Castillo, off the floor twice to win by KO, a legend!

I was talking with a friend about that fight today in light of Corrales' death. A sad day for boxing - a sport where there is often plenty of hype and very little substance. Corrales on the other hand was top quality and his fight against Castillo that you mention was the greatest fight I have EVER seen, sensational it had every thing and just a bit more.

Ricky Hatton is due to fight Castillo on the 23rd of June I think, and has dedicated the fight to the memory of Corrales.
