What he said. If there is any justice it will be West Ham but I rather suspect that Wigan have got themselves into a bit of bother now.

As a West Ham fan, I can understand the frustrations of others, but the ruling has been made and whilst it isnt what everyone expected, I just wish those who are moaning would either put up or shut up - either accept the ruling or take it to the courts, but I would expect that IF the ruling was over turned and points deducted, West Ham would counter it and the legal stuff would go on for ages and you wouldnt have a decision before the new seasons started, and then where we would we be?

I expect that whoever goes down will put up a big show of wanting to take action, but I cant see Fulham, and Sheff U/Wigan wanting to get involved if it isnt them that it now effects. Those who go down will need all their money next season and spending millions on a legal case isnt what they will need. Lets remember, a Wigan win and a West ham Loss and its us that go, so maybe Warnock and Jewell will work something out on the day!!!

If we go down, its will be because we havent been good enough all season and we will accept that - maybe Wigan and Sheff U should be thinking more about where they messed up rather than try and blame others!

(Rant Over!!!!)

I hope there isn't a court case. I don't know the ins and outs of the Teves situation, but the whole thing will smack of sour grapes and won't do the image of the game much good

I think that would be the end of Wigan as well - bit like Bolton next year, Sammy Lee will struggle and Bolton will be on their way.!

Just heard on 5 Live that Sheffield United will sue the League if they go down, presumably because of West Ham not being docked points

I think some of you have got the wrong end of why there suing the league with regards to west ham. The way i was told is that they are not trying to overturn the decision because it was made but what the other teams are going to court over is compensation for any team that does go down the revenue that they lose by not being in the prem because the parachute money is no where near what you get being in the prem.

To be honest, I hope it is both Wigan and SheffUtd hehe I'm really fed up with their moaning. It wasn't West-Ham having Teves that stopped Wigan or SheffU from wining more games and not being in the bottom four/five, it's the fact that they are crap that has stopped them from winning more games!

If having Teves has given WH such an unfair advantage, why are they not challenging ManUre or Chelski for the title?

Ah yes, but without his goals and influence in the last few games they would already be relegated!
