I have a bit of a problem, the other half's father is a bit of a Wrexham fan, the sort of fan that's been to every games, home, away, league, cup, off season friendly since February 1993. I've been invited to an end of season pissup this Saturday, presumably to commiserate their loss to Boston on Saturday afternoon and subsequent relegation to the Conference.

Fine, always up for a drink.

The only problem is I support "Scum", well Chester to be more precise, and the thought of having a drink with a bunch of sheep shaggers in mourning isn't really my cup of tea, or more appropriately pint of Guinness. However not to go may well upset the outlaws, and to turn up in a Chester shirt would be nigh on suicidal...

...so what do I do?

Regards
Iain

I'd rather go and see a team I hate moaning about relegation than celebrating winning. I'd go if I was you and just laugh inwardly at their plight.

The problem then will be the inward laugh will become a very vocal outward laugh after a few pints...
