sports clip World Cup - PC vid capture (help)

Don't spose too many PH'ders would of watched the Sth Africa vs Australia match or highlights but if anyone has such on their PC or can gain access to it, I'm trying to get 30 secs of the footage where a bloke in the crowd caught a Ponting six without spilling a single drop of his beer - absolute classic! I dont have sky, I saw it on the BBC highlights package Sat night. If anyone can help a self-declared technical numpty, much appreciated.
