Theres obviously followers of England rugby on here, but havn't seen much relating to domestic english rugby. Thought I would see if there were any fellow premiership followers on here.

I'm a London Irish supporter (yeah I know, well someone has to be), and have been a season ticket holder for several years now.

Leciester Tigers supporter !!!!!!!! Now living in London, i always go to the away games down here, Wasps, Irish, Sarries, Quins and make a fair few home games. Absolutely love the European away games, especially in Munster.

If you ever get the chance to watch rugby in Munster you have to go. The guys over their are superb and the epitomy of what sport should be out. Good Stuff.

Do you guys agree with this play off system at the end of the league. Have to say i find it a pointless money spinnig exercise they stole from Rugby League. Whats the point in a season long league is your going to decide it with random 'cup games' at the end

I dislike the playoffs and final. As you say, the point of a league is to be the best team over the whole season, not just quite good and then have 2 good games,

Another Exiles' fan here. Often head down to the Sarries as Reading is a little out of my way.

Northampton for me, try to get there when I can. Not going so well now but happy Heineken Cup memories! I was playing in Australia at that time and the game was on a few a hours after the Super 12 final and the club kept the screen up for me to watch it... Top night. literally!!!

As for play off etc, don't like them but there you go. Pat Howard said yesterday that people dont like it but we have to lump it and he's right. It's changed the way teams play the league now, its not important to win, it is important to be in a play off place and it shows...

I see that the saints have stolen Barry Everitt from Irish fro next season, you've got a very dependable fly half there, he's going to be missed.

As for the playoff's, yeah they are not right but you see why they do it. It does make things more interesting at the end of the season, and doesnt allow the top team to run away with it.
However, if my team finished top and was the most consistant team all season and they were not crowned champions, then I would be really hacked off. So there are disadvantages and advantages, but i guess they are here to stay unfortunately.

Up here in the frozen wastes, I'm too busy seeing which one of Rotherham, Doncaster or Leeds will get a season in the giddy heights, to worry about the Premiership itself. I'd love to see Doncaster go up, as it's my good ol' home town, and the footie team is doing well as well. Plus my brother played for all three at various stages of his career. Shame he was off shagging a bird when the England selectors came to see him play rugby....

I don't like the idea of the playoffs either - you play all season and win the premiership then have a final where someone else tkaes it away from you 'cos you're so knackered after a long hard season of extra effort. Ridiculous idea!

Heard a rumour today that Erinle is heading to Quins to team up with Abbott again. That would be superb for Quins

Was just about to say scrap that, we got him. Unfortunatly i think that means Oli Smith will be leaving for Clermont

still

Ellis
Jennings
Varndell/Murphy
Mauger
Erinle
Rambini/Tuilangi
Murphy/Vesty

Looks like a seriously good backline

There were rumours a month or so ago about Leicester wanting Paul Sackey from Wasps. Can you imagine the pace of Sackey and Varndell on the wings. Don't think your find many teams wanting to defend against that.

Therefore, I hope he stays at wasps!

Bristol all the way, having a great season so far and i hope it continues!!!! it's also really good to see alot of my mates from school having pretty good careers in some of the teams at the moment so i'll support any of their teams when they play (unless it's against bristol )

Another Tigers fan here. Although try to get to any Premiership matches depending on where I am in the country. Also not a fan of the play off system, we've been screwed over too many times due to that.

Quite impressed with the signings we've made for next season, should be a decent backline. Although I agree with Underwood that we need a bit more leadership in the team. Mauger may offer it in the backs (not sure?) but up front, apart from Corry, we're a bit lacking.

But ho hum, we're doing alrite at the moment, after all we only need a top 4 place! mad

Just got my tickets for Tigers vs Stade. On General sale at the Tigers ticket office, £23

Looks like Oli Smith may be off to Clermont too, sad, had a lot of problems that stopped him becoming the world class player he was and would ahve been

Nice one, that will be great! Would love to go myself but the student loan is on its last legs at the moment!

Yeh is a shame about Smith. He showed some real promise but his run of injuries etc was almost comical. Except it wasn't funny.
