they're getting everywhere: first football, then gentlemens' clubs, now darts tournaments... where will it end? Women's oil rigs?
Theyll be wanting the vote next! Still at least thatll mean a doubling of the voting power of their boyfriends and husbands...

Nah - I'm the chef (definitely NOT the cook). Another case of her knowing her limits
Now, inappropriate use of rolling pin / frying pan / roasting fork, that's another matter.
Hope she doesn't read this *ducks for cover*

Barneveld defected from the BDO to the PDC this year, so is on Sky, not the BBC. He won the World championship last week, beating Phil "the Power" Taylor in a sudden death final leg, having come back from 3-0 down, in what is widely recognised to be the finest darts match ever televised.
How anyone can fail to marvel at a spectacle that includes the likes of Andy Fordham and Ted Hankey is a mystery to me!
I was off work for a month after a bike accident around the time of Princess Diana's death, and being before the days of having Sky, the TV coverage for a whole week was Diana, Diana, Diana or Darts (God Bless BBC2), and I have found the sport (which it now officially is) strangely compelling ever since in a rather embarassing "I like fat birds with facial hair" kind of way.
