Not the first athlete to fail one of these test. IIRC some of the Eastern Bloc athletes failed in the late 80s/early 90s.

If (s)he's a genuine hermaphrodite then it raises an interesting question as to where (s)he should compete. I assume (s)he wouldn't be a good male athlete.
