Watford - flirted with Tottenham and Chelsea as I grew up, but finally plumped for my local team aged around 10.
I can't believe that fans of big clubs can get anywhere near the same amount of satisfaction as supporting one of the minnows. Historically Watford belong in the third league down - so simply existing in the 'championship' is punching above our weight.
Existing in the Premiership (even if it is only for one season) is a big 2 fingers to many 'big clubs' elsewhere (take a bow Wolves and Leeds )

Shorpe United. Because they stuffed Boobles' lot 4-0 at their place earlier this year. Oh, and did the double over them the year before.
Prior to that, I've watched 20 years of usually average, sometimes slightly better, often a lot worse football from them.
Why? Because they are my local team. Any other football is mere entertainment.

Cant see your lot getting promoted tbh.
The Mighty Tigers aka. Hull City... current whipping boys of the championship having conceeded 9 this week
Pretty much all my folks came from 'ull and my grandad took me to see an old Div 2 match against York City in 75/76 season... bit cruel really considering that I've lived in Kent or Sussex since 3yo and was born in Exeter!
Other than that, I have followed Liverpool since the 74 FA Cup final when one of my childhood heroes Kevin Keegan broke Geordie hearts... plus I always keep an eye out for Exeter, even though my presence in the city was brief and my memories faint.
Needless to say, given the geography and journey times from Kent, I don't get to see many of the matches for any of these clubs!

League side is Millwall F.C.,as a kid i used to help on a fruit & Veg merchants loading lorries and one of the Lorry drivers was a Mad Lions fan who organised trips to away games,i went on one such game back in 72/73 and have stuck ever since,i did nearly 70 grounds.
Non league side is Basingstoke Town F.C.,its local to me now and work dictates and i love getting involved at grass roots, the directors have more or less given me a free riegn to rebuild the ground and ime restoring the old ground into a retro style football ground,so far this season ive done 25 games home and away, league,F.A cup,F.A trophy and freindlies.

My local team when growing up, AFC Bournemouth. Been there through the recent bad times (losing on golden goal to Grimsby in the Auto Windscreens), the worse times (Leeds riot) and the slightly better times (play-off win). My sister was at the FA Cup draw at the Gas yesterday and my parents go to maybe 10 games per season too.
Also have an affinity with Exeter City seeing as I was born there.

Leeds Utd
My local club although pretty much right in the middle of Leeds and Huddersfield so went for the better option

Leeds Utd....ever since my Grandad took me to a Leeds v Liverpool match at Elland Road in the 70's stood on the kop and being carried on the wave of people whenever we scored......them were the days, what an atmosphere.
With you Steve...at least we'll have something to moan into our beer about on Friday
