His performance last night against Chelsea was almost unbearably bad. The guy doesn't look like he can actually kick a ball never mind play for a top premiership side.
The way he carries himself on the pitch and the demeanour in which he strolls around not seeming to care about anything in the world other than the size of his pay packet just beggars belief.
I've long admired Allardyce's no-nonsense management style and his admirable (albeit possibly dubious) abilities in the transfer market but I think he's on a hiding to nothing with this guy. Sell him Sam, and sell him soon.
Yes he scored twice the other day, good goals as well, but even then the way in which he celebrated was incredible - le Sulk indeed!!

I agree - we had him at Liverpool and is obviously very talented, but only plays when he feels like it. Still prefer him to effin Crouch!!!
Anelka has a beautiful Aston Martin tho, which I saw in a French petrol station, being delivered to him by lad from Manchester, nice work if you can get it.
